Fear Is The Mind Killer

Fear is such an emotion that leaves us paranoid and leaves our mind exhausted. We are the “what could of’s” and “should of’s” instead of the present.
When we focus on the present we are able to clearly move forward. The paranoid and the constant thoughts of fear causes trauma to the mind, body, and spirit. This brings harms to the body which puts your body in fight or flight mode.
This causes stress on the body and the brain produces hormones to the amygdala which is a part of the brain that helps with fighting the danger..

If we are in constant fear and stress this can become chronic and cause harm. As it is well known that it can cause for pain in the body, weight gain, loss of memory, and affects the processing of the brain. Furthermore, it can cause mental health issues such as post traumatic stress syndrome, fatigue, and clinical depression. These things can impend us from being able to focus on the things that make us happy and focusing on our life’s purpose and goals. Fear such a paralyzing emotion and it is fear that stops us from being our best selves
Here’s how to do it:
Get moving! Let some of that blood flow get into the brain. Most successful people give their selves time for exercise.
Have some quiet time! Journal, pray, meditate!! You need to get all that clutter and those ruminating thoughts of failure go!
Get inspired!!!Go out visit nature, museum, family, photos, take a drive. Use the inspiration to create.
Remember there is no fast track SUCCESS is a JOURNEY!
Do something new, open up, and learn. Take a class, download an app to learn a new language.
