Fire it up, Queen!

The passion that ignites us comes from within. There is something in the pits of our bellies that keep us warm and sparks to keep us going. Just like fire you have to put something in it to keep it going. Motivation is a topic that is talked about constantly and yet must of us are blue in the face and still cannot put nothing in to keep that fire alive.

Well some of us have allowed outside influences to beat us down and give us a permanent impression that our very being is not enough. That then revolves us becoming our very own blockage of day to day success. The blockage to through something in the flame for fire and passion.

Well I am not speaking on the topic because it was an easy Google search. This very topic that I am passionate about is something that I have suffered from for 10 years. I can only speak from experience and to assist with coaching you through. I had to tell myself not another 10 years of life passing by and not another 10 years comparing myself and missing out what was mine! These are the tools that can put our fire out as quick as a cheetah goes after its prey. Point is it is time to shake that doubt, the feeling and the symptoms of depression, the anxiety that allows apprehension to be the control on how you move forward. Below are some exercises that can help spark some motivation to see what ignites within. These exercises are small but effective and can be the beginning of you shaking off the gloom.

• Ohh you’re so Sexy

In the mirror stare at yourself between 10 to 20 seconds or until you’re comfortable. While in the mirror say out loud, “OOOHHH YOU ARE SOOOO SEXXYYY” Say this as many times as long as you feel good.

Most response is giggling and laughter and another shout! This leaves most feeling relieved and confident. Reflect on your experience throughout the day. You are reaffirming your sexiness and that your outward appears is as beautiful as your inner soul.
