Our mindfulness practice, will teach you that self care isn’t a matter of option rather survival.
Self care is tending to yourself in a steadfast matter that makes life feel joyful and fulfilling.
Queen, you are worthy of compassion and wellbeing; we start with reminding you of that fact, so that you can remind yourself daily.
We'll challenge outdated mindsets and help you take action on taking care of mind, body, and spirit.

So, here's how it works:

In our first session, we’ll clarify a holistic picture of where you are now in your life course and how you want your life to look like, with assistance from our pre-coaching welcome e-book

We’ll meet weekly for ten sessions over the phone or video chat

You’ll learn easy meditation and breathing techniques, plus a some Afrikan yoga (if you prefer)

Between sessions, you’ll dig into inspiring, challenging homework via email and social media
Our service includes:

60-minute sessions, with between-session online support

Access to extra resources including, audio meditations, planning tools, and writing prompts

Momentum-building: 4-session initial commitment is $360
