HOLD UP, we hope we haven't lost you behind this Australian saying lol

It means... are you fake smiling and pretending to be happy, when really you are busy, going through the motions, or feeling disconnected from your soul alignment and guidance?

We used to do this a lot.

We would try to make our old careers and ex-relationships work, when it was just NOT a match for our souls anymore.

We would try to feel abundant and secure, when we were NOT working on our mindsets with love and empowerment.

We would try to get other people to accept and validate us, when we were NOT actually loving ourselves or discovering our gifts and worth.

We would get so busy with distractions or to-do lists, that we would forget our morning rituals, habits, presence and pleasure.

We were pretending to be happy, when really we were doubting and overthinking and staying stuck on our true desires, purpose and potential.

These things are totally normal (we are raised to forget about the magic of life), but there is a better way. You don't have to stay stuck.

It doesn't take long (sometimes only a couple of days, or even minutes!!!) to start to get back into alignment with your soul. Your truth.

Your sense of clarity, empowerment, confidence, freedom, passion, beauty and ready-to-kick-butt-ness.

And that is the biggest gift you can give yourself. Alignment... with your inner bliss and confidence, and your outer dreams and freedom.

A new week = A fresh start; this is the perfect time to reflect and journal on what you truly want.

Have the most inspiring relationships, projects, adventures, lessons, or whatever you desire? You are on a giant rock hurtling through outer space, you are divine in origin, and magic and miracles are here to support you.
